🔄 Return & Refund Policy

At Luxerio, customer satisfaction is our top priority ❤️

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


✅ Eligible for Return/Replacement

We offer return, replacement, or refund only if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong product
  • Product has missing items
  • Product is defective on arrival

📌 To claim a return/replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the product

❌ Non-Returnable Items

As many of our products are personalized/customized, we do NOT accept returns for:

  • Customized name products
  • Wrong name entered by customer
  • Used or damaged products after delivery
  • Change of mind after order confirmation

💸 Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

✅ Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
✅ Amount will be refunded to the original payment method or bank account

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be sent via bank transfer or UPI.


🚚 Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before shipping.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible for customized products.
